Senior Manager - Business Development
Claire joined Luto in 2007 as a Project Assistant, where she developed an understanding of the ways in which the general population uses and understands patient information. She then progressed to Project Manager which provided six years’ experience of managing an array of projects from beginning to end. Her experience and knowledge of European regulatory procedures, frameworks and an insight into FDA requirements, has allowed for the successful delivery of bespoke projects commissioned by a variety of clients. This has involved international travel where liaising directly with clients supports them more effectively with the challenges they face. Claire spent some time working as Head of Operations and Projects, a role which helped to ensure efficient running of the company. After time off to start a family, Claire is now working as part of the Business Development team. Using her knowledge and experience of health communications to advise on and develop projects for new and existing clients and contributing to the company’s marketing and communication strategy.
