The previous 8 months she had worked for a Healthcare Solutions company and gained the position of CQC Registered Manager, managing a team of administrators, carers and nurses along with clients in Nursing Homes and Homecare.
The previous 5 years, she had worked in Primary Care, promoting a Clinical Decision Support and Referral Management System within Clinical Support Units, Clinical Commissioning Groups and GP Practices. Prior to that Carolyn had roles within a Health Informatics environment covering the North East, Humber and Yorkshire areas, and also working within the pharmaceutical Industry.
All of the above roles have enabled Carolyn to utilise both her commercial and clinical skills, gaining access and the respect at a senior executive level within the Healthcare industry.
She has built and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders within the NHS, and has worked across multi-functional teams delivering a problem solving approach.
