Say hello in Glasgow and join us at the DIA Euro-Meeting 2017

Come and meet the Luto team at DIA Euro-Meeting in Glasgow. It’s a three-day event running from 29th to 31st March, attracting over 2500 attendees and more than 500 healthcare companies.

You’ll find us on stand F22, come and say hello. See how we can help you make your health information clear and engage your users to get feedback on products and services. In addition to our own stand at the expo, our co-founder and academic advisor, Professor Theo Raynor will be chairing discussions on ‘Patient leaflets, Educational Materials and Patients – How to increase their effectiveness in the real world’ and ‘Information on Medicines for Lay Audiences’.

Here he is, explaining the fundamentals of health literacy, our work with pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and the irony of using a term which people don’t understand.

“Health literacy is about helping people to understand better information but it’s also about the information we give them: making it as accessible as possible.”

Theo will also be joined at the conference by Professor Mike Wolf, our academic advisor based in the US, who will be presenting a discussion on the challenges of health literacy: ‘Where Do Patients Look for Information on Medicines?

We hope to see you there.
