Lorna is a Human Factors graduate who joined our Leeds office in January 2018 as a Project Assistant.
As part of her role at Luto she uses her expertise to study Human Factors in the design and development of health information projects. She works on a range of Readability and Usability Testing projects to aid the development of clear and understandable information for users.
In previous roles, Lorna designed, developed and delivered training solutions for high risk, safety critical environments. She was involved in projects that required the identification and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) of individual, team/crew and collective performance needs. She has experience in supporting senior consultants and clients working with individuals and small groups at a tactical level. Lorna has also engaged in ongoing research into competence management systems, learning styles, competence retention and skill fade.
